Shipping & Returns

At Serea, we want your experience to feel as easy and comforting as the product itself. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order — and our promise if it's not right for you.

Shipping

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery time. Once shipped, your order arrives within 5–9 business days.

Tracking. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping cost. We offer free tracked shipping on every order. [Adjust if you charge shipping.]

Where we ship. We currently ship to [the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and select European countries]. If your country isn't listed at checkout, reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs, carrier delays, or peak periods outside our control.

Returns & Refunds — our 30-Day Promise

We stand behind Serea. If it's not right for you, we make returns simple.

You have 30 days. You can return your Serea within 30 days of delivery — for any reason. Changed your mind, or it just didn't work out for you? That's completely fine.

What we accept. We accept returns on products in their original, undamaged condition. This includes gentle, normal use — you're welcome to actually try it.

The only exception. We're unable to accept returns on products that have been broken, torn, or damaged by misuse. As long as the product hasn't been damaged by the customer, you're covered.

Damaged in transit or faulty? If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full — the return is on us.

How to start a return. Just email [support@yourdomain.com] with your order number and a quick note. We'll send you the return instructions right away.

Refunds. Once we receive and check your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return postage. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover it.
